Karma Class (Benefiting the WF)

Join Heidi Dressler, and WF board chair Beth Odian, for a 60 minute “Ripples of Change” Vinyasa Flow at Healium Hot Yoga-West Allis.

The practice will focus on the second and third chakras: the energetic centers of creativity, confidence, and empowered action. This all-levels flow will explore how personal power and creative energy can create ripples of change — on the mat and in our community. Expect a thoughtfully sequenced class that invites you to connect to your inner strength, remove internal barriers, and move with purpose.
