Prior to her appointment she was the president and chief visionary officer for the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiatives Corporation (WWBIC), a position she held since 1994. Wendy has spent the past three decades leading WWBIC and uplifting Wisconsin businesses owned by women, people of color, and low-to-moderate-income individuals across the state.
