ABOUT MAURA FLAHERTY
Maura Flaherty has served as chief legal counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services since 2023. Prior to that, she worked as an assistant united states attorney with a focus on healthcare fraud matters. In that role she also served as her district’s elder justice coordinator. Maura also spent eight years working for Ropes & Gray, LLP in their New York office where, in addition to her client work, she maintained a robust pro bono practice.
